Lauren Clarke will be here to guide and cheer you on every step of the way. With her tips, encouragement, and expertise, youâll be lacing up your trainers with confidence and crossing the 5K finish line in no time! Lauren will then join us on Sunday 2nd March for the finale 5K run.
