We have teamed up with CrossFit Cookstown to get you fit and motivated.

Fitness Factor is back in Cookstown and will take place in CrossFit, Cookstown commencing Tuesday 3rd September 2024

Training days – Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

This 6 week challenge is FREE to take part in, all we ask is that you help raise a minimum of £200 which will help support local cancer patients & their families across NI.

Whether you are a beginner or have advanced fitness levels, the Fitness Factor is suitable for all abilities
