What to Bring
Swimwear: Dip in whatever makes you comfortable—swimming costume, wetsuit, or even fancy dress!
Headtorch: A headtorch is mandatory for visibility and safety; it will help you see the water and stay close to others.
Warm Layers for After: Bring a towel and a full change of clothes, including gloves, warm socks, boots, a windproof layer, and especially a hat to minimize heat loss through your head.
The mass dip will take place at 8pm! Please arrive by 7:45pm to ensure you’re ready and have time to hear the brief safety announcement before we begin. Pre-registration is highly recommended to secure your spot; however, a limited number of spaces will be available on the night.
Sponsorship
We encourage participants to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship donations. If you’d like to create a JustGiving page for online support, let us know, and we’ll assist you. Your contributions are vital in helping us continue providing cancer support services across Northern Ireland.
Any sponsorship money you’ve collected can be brought with you on the night. Alternatively, you can send it to our office after the event at: 40-44 Eglantine Avenue, Belfast, BT9 6DX.
