Do you want to get in shape for the festive season? Have you made it your goal to get fit or to start living a healthier lifestyle? Maybe being at home more often this year has led to bad eating habits and poor fitness? Well, now is your chance to shape up with our Virtual Fitness Challenge!
We have teamed up with local gym, Connected Fitness in Lurgan to bring you a brilliant 6 week FREE programme offering training sessions and nutritional advice this October! Participating from the safety and comfort of your own home, you can take part in the pre-recorded sessions whenever suits you, based on your needs and your schedule.
Participants will benefit from free training sessions 3 times per week for 6 weeks. The programme is designed to create a healthy change in your life with full support and advice on fitness, along with some tips on healthy eating. Those taking part are asked to fundraise a minimum of £250 each to help raise essential funding for our range of services.
Sign up before October 5th to secure your place! All participants will be provided with fundraising support and advice along the way. Entrants must be 18+. Those with an existing medical condition require written consent from their GP stating they are fit for group exercise.

The money raised will help to fund our important care services, which are vital to local cancer patients.
Due to Coronavirus, our offices and retail stores have closed and our fundraising events have been cancelled. As we’re 90% dependent on fundraising, this means that income for the charity has reduced to critically low levels. We’re looking at an 80% loss of income over the next six months.
We need your support now more than ever to save our services so we can continue to help people affected by cancer in the future. Thank you.
