Dad’s Dash at Let’s Go Hydro – 15th June 2025

Lace up your running shoes and join us this Father’s Day for our Dad’s Dash!

Honour your dad, celebrate being a dad, support dads facing cancer, or remember your dad by coming along to our Dad’s Dash at Let’s Go Hydro.

Take on a 5km fun run around the reservoir with your family, friends or work colleagues.

Each participant will receive a Cancer Focus NI running vest or t-shirt.

All money raised will go towards supporting dads and families affected by cancer here in Northern Ireland. Your participation helps make a difference in the lives of those facing cancer.

    This is a fun run. We want you to come and have fun on this easy and enjoyable route.

    We’ll keep you entertained on the way around the course with a live DJ and a warm-up at 10am to get the good times started!

    So what are you waiting for? Grab your friends, family or work colleagues and celebrate Father’s Day with Cancer Focus Northern Ireland.
