Every day across Northern Ireland, we provide 14 one-hour counselling sessions to people during their time of need.
That works out at over 3,550 counselling sessions per year, which is only made possible thanks to kind donations from the general public – people like you!
Every half hour of face-to-face counselling costs £27.50.
Buying a raffle ticket, spreading the word to a friend – however you can help, and however you’ve already helped, we are so thankful to have you with us.
The money raised in our Autumn Raffle will be used to support our in-demand counselling service that helped Julie-Ann when she was diagnosed with cancer.
Julie-Ann said, “I didn’t even know where counselling would fit in. I just knew I needed someone either during or at the end to help me make sense of everything. When I met my counsellor, something shifted. They provided me with a safe space. They let me cry. They let me feel angry. My counsellor helped me understand who I am – a mother, a wife, a woman just trying to overcome cancer. I had lost control of everything, and I needed to get my head around that. They helped me slow down.“
To be included in the draw on the 2nd December 2025, purchase your tickets online or contact Sarah on 028 90 680 745 / sarahatcheson@cancerfocusni.org. For full raffle terms and conditions contact Ollie at olliegovett@cancerfocusni.org.
