Get Ready for Summer 2024!

We have teamed up with Inspire Fitness to get you fit and motivated.

Our Fitness Factor series is coming to Larne and will take place in Inspire Gym, Larne commencing Monday 27th May 2024 to Saturday 6th July 2024.

This 6 week challenge is FREE to take part in, all we ask is that you help raise a minimum of £300 which will help support local cancer patients & their families across NI.

Whether you are a beginner or have advanced fitness levels, the Fitness Factor is suitable for all abilities and will have a mix of…
