Hundreds plunge for cancer charity’s annual New Year’s ‘Day Dare to Dip’ swim.

250 swimmers, dippers, and splashers gathered at Crawfordsburn Beach in Co Down for Cancer Focus NI’s annual ‘Dare to Dip’ swim.

Each year, the popular event helps raise thousands of pounds for the charity’s cancer support services. Fundraising this year will go towards the Family Support Service which works with 358 parents, carers, and children every year through a range of one-to-one and group programmes including Family Bereavement, Memory Work, and Teenage Groups.
